President Kenyatta sworn in for his second term.

President Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta was sworn in on Tuesday the 28th of November for his second and last term as the President of Kenya.The event took place on the Kasarani sports  stadium in an event atttended by thousands of kenyans and foreign dignitaries.

After the swearing in ceremony was over he urged kenyans to keep peace,unity and love one another. President Kenyatta vowed that his top priority would be to strengthen the bonds of unity and nationhood.

“It is time for us as a people to learn that it is fine for us to agree to disagree while still strengthening our bonds of unity and nationhood. I have begun reaching out to all leaders across the political divide restating my commitment and expressing my willingness to work with them to achieve this objective of nationhood,” said Mr. Kenyatta.
